The subject Modification is to extend the period of performance by six months from March 31, 2022 to September 30, 2022 and increase the total estimated cost from $11,089,451 to $12,089,451. Under this extension, DAI will continue providing professional and technical services related to Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) in the four countries of project implementation which are Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan with the additional time for research and analysis of the current security situation in Afghanistan and possible implications on the Central Asian countries. This will help to inform the future program design and possible interventions in these areas.
