TPM activity provides A&E services for independent monitoring for the Municipal services Program in Sindh. This activity conducts day to day monitoring of USAID supported infrastructure through a government-to-government (G2G) water and sanitation infrastructure improvement program in Sindh province. Under this activity the A&E firm reviews the design, drawings and technical specifications prepared by the host government implementing partner. The A&E firm performs quality assurance at construction sites and reports any noncompliance. The A&E firm also certifies the cost reimbursement vouchers to USAID after which payments/reimbursements are made to the host government.
