WebTA is a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) system, to support the Agency’s Time and Attendance processing. Although minimizing customization to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) was a project goal, some customization was unavoidable to meet unique Agency requirements. The purpose of WebTA is to collect, report, and maintain work time and leave data. It allows employees to update timecard data, timekeepers to review and validate time card contents, and supervisors to certify timesheet information.
