Interested parties should submit their responses using Attachment A electronically to galsaid@usaid.gov and casaunders@usaid.gov with the subject title “Higher Education In Jordan EOI” no later than August 7, 2022, by 15:00 Amman time. A separate capabilities statement may be included as long as at least the same information as in Attachment A is provided. You may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your response but will not receive individualized feedback. We may reach out to individual respondents for further clarifications. Local Jordanian organizations are strongly encouraged to respond. This is not a solicitation and should not construed as a commitment by the Government to issue any solicitation or ultimately award based on this EOI or to pay for any cost incurred in the preparation and submission in responses to this EOI. Responding to this EOI will not give any advantage in a subsequent procurement. Responses will be used for internal purposes and will be held confidentially.
