Restructuring & Rehabilitation of DZ-4 (Al-Taj), DZ-5 (Al-Jufeh), and DZ-18 (Um Al-shujairat) Water Distribution Zones in Amman Governorate: The scope of work comprises the supply of all required materials as well as the installation for the restructuring of Um Shujairat (DZ 18) AlTaj & Al Jufeh (04&05) distribution zone of the Greater Amman Water Supply. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for providing all necessary materials for completion of the work. The distribution zones were hydraulically analyzed, some DMAs were split, some borders were shifted and main feeders for the DMAs were proposed. The contractor will be responsible for the following: - Supply, install and commissioning and decommissioning of water pipelines including all fittings, valves, PRVs, meters and accessories. - Construct new chambers for the PRV as illustrated in the BOQ. - Supply, install and commissioning of electrical floaters to detect if there is a flood in the chamber. - The contractor is responsible to design and install the solution of main power supply which is required for operating all the instruments under this contract such as valves, PRVs. Meters. All cost and fees must be borne by the Contractor, including installing the electrical meter if required. - Supply and install house connections to any replaced pipeline (if available) and/or reconnecting existing house connections to the replaced pipe lines.
