MIYAHUNA invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply of Leak Detection Mobile Units (Vehicles). Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the tender document. The source and nationality requirements, any motor vehicles purchased with funds under this contract must be manufactured in the United States. The transportation of any shipments by ocean or air and related delivery services are required to be transported by privately owned United State vessel or air charter, otherwise prior approval is required in writing from USAID through JWC-Miyahuna. The Bidders shall submit their offers for the complete item and the offers will be assessed and awarded according to the item unless stated otherwise in the special conditions.
