MIYAHUNA USAID PHASE II NRW Project C-T-19-0013 FARA Phase II Performance Based Contract (PBC) 1. Jordan Water Company (Miyahuna), the water utility of Amman, Jordan, is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from international or local Jordanian firms to conduct (fixed fees plus incentive based) Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction activities including operation and maintenance O&M of selected areas. The projects consists of two Phases, Phase I to reduce NRW on those selected areas to 25% over 1 year followed by Phase II with a main goal to maintain the results and effectively to enhance it. 2.
