The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance (PoP) by three (3) months and increase the Total Estimated Cost (TEC) to allow the Contractor, Macfadden & Associates, Inc., to continue critical administrative and technical services for American Schools & Hospitals Abroad (ASHA) while the new Institutional Service Contractor (ISC) award is executed. The new period of performance is from October 1, 2016, through and including March 31, 2023. On Tuesday, December 20. 2022, the Agency Competition Advocate approved a J&A for this modification under the authoirty of in accordance with AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(3)(i).
