Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition (J&A) to modify United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and (GHSC-PSM) Task Order No. AID-OAA-TO-16-00018 (TO4). The modification extends the period of performance (PoP) by 24 months - from November 29, 2024 to November 28, 2026- increases the level of effort (LOE), and increases the Total Estimated Cost (TEC) up to $261,061,200. Under this extension, the contractor will continue to procure health commodities for Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and provide technical assistance to designated countries.
