USAID/Serbia intends to modify the Contract with Cardno AID-169-C-17-00003 - “Competitiveness Systems Strengthening” (CSS) implemented by Cardno Emerging Markets USA, LTD using the exception for competition. The modification shall increase the total estimated cost of the contract by $3 million and extend the period of performance by 18 months. The CSS contract is focused on strengthening the competitiveness of the Serbian food processing industry. The project’s goal is to increase sales and exports of Serbian food products in domestic and international markets and to generate new investments in the food processing industry. This is not a formal solicitation and this synopsis is not considered a Request for Proposals. No solicitation document is available.
