Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition (J&A) to increase the Total Estimated Cost by $13,500,000 from $24,500,000 to $38,000,000 and extend the period of performance from August 28, 2022, to August 27, 2023. The additional time and cost extension is critical to increase the Agency's capacity for private sector engagement (PSE) through the scaling of training facilitation and technical support to increase evidence-based PSE, as well as continued support to the existing relationship management structure until the new structure is formally stood up. In addition, the contractor will continue to support the PSE Hub objectives for modernizing and systematizing USAID’s approach to private sector engagement .This includes support to the PSE Hub in reshaping USAID’s model of development to strategically engage the private sector in developing and deploying market solutions that address development and humanitarian challenges more sustainably and at scale. The contractor must also support the following PSE Hub Core objectives including cross cutting activities which include but are not limited to the following: Objective 1.1 Agency Capacity for PSE Objective 1.2 Reducing Institutional Friction Objective 2.1 PSE Relationship Management Objective 3.1 Increase Uptake of Evidence Based PSE Objective 4.1 De-risk and pilot scalable next-generation models and methods for PSE STTA supporting Cross Cutting Communications, Objectives 1-4 and providing an LTTA pool
