The goal of this technical and professional support services contract will be to provide continuous institutional support contractors and prevent project gaps. There are a variety of staffing support activities to include but not limited to: administrative, communication, analytical, professional, and technical expertise in various areas. The Lab provides specialized technical expertise as a unique value and its core capacities include; 1) Innovation, 2) Scientific Research, 3) Partnership, and (4) Technology. Any future institutional support contractor supporting the Lab and this requirement will be expected to obtain qualified individuals (with and/or without security clearances, i.e. USAID Facility Access, DOD Secret, and DOD Top Secret), and, in accordance with the best industry practices, to perform high quality services to USAID customers in all of the areas noted above. Please note that while it is labeled a Small Business Set Aside and is listed under the 541611 those were selected based on the requirement to post and are decisions made ahead of the information received from this RFI.
