Eastern Time Dear Prospective Offerors: The United States Government (USG), represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), is seeking applications from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as a Global Capacity and Leadership Development Deputy Team Leader under a United States Personal Services Contract (USPSC), as described in the attached solicitation.
