The basic function of the Senior PLSA is to provide a high level of safety, security, and operational support to USAID/Mali Implementing Partners and grantees through proactive engagement including meetings, site visits, written communications, and SMS texts. The Senior PLSA will manage and supervise all PLSO staff members to ensure all are in compliance with described tasks in their position descriptions. Secondarily, the Senior PLSA will serve as the subject matter expert on USAID/Mali security policies and practices and will ensure USAID/ Mali personnel are in compliance with RSO procedures and guidelines. The Solicitation is extended for 2 more weeks from July 30 to August 13, 2019.
