The U.S. Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Mission to Senegal (USAID/Senegal), contemplates issuing a RFP to award a contract for the implementation of the USAID/Senegal G2G Ops to support USAID, the Ministry of Health and Social Action (MSAS), the Ministry of Education (MOE), and the Ministry of Water and Sanitation (MOWS) to improve the functionality and effectiveness of G2G components of USAID/Senegal’s Health, Education, and WASH programs through the provision of high quality analytic, management, capacity building, and logistic support services. G2G Ops will concentrate its efforts on supporting the GOS and USAID’s shared vision for G2G programming: to improve and sustain gains in reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health, education, and WASH; ensure that investments through GOS systems are strategic and effective; reinforce the stewardship role of MSAS, MOE, and MOWS; strengthen local capacity to more effectively manage public sector resources; and incentivize domestic resource mobilization in the public sector at central and decentralized levels.
