As follows, please find a summary of the changes made: 1. An additional 7 offices will have an opportunity to participate in organizational development services from years 2-5 of the contract. The total number of offices participating in years 2-5 has increased from 10 to 17. 2. With this amendment, Years 2-5 are changing from fixed price to time and materials. Offerors now can budget our fully burdened labor rates for years 2-5. The first year remains fixed price with 10 offices participating. 3. The proposal stage has been condensed with offerors now submitting their technical approach along with the past performance and institutional capacity all at the same time. In line with the Mission’s prioritization of organizational development, USAID/Southern Africa is seeking to develop an initiative of interrelated organizational development services over the course of five years, including but not limited to organizational diagnostics, and design and facilitation of an annual three-day-long retreat with breakout sessions that results in clear action items for each office, and regular facilitated check-ins with each office. The centerpiece of the initiative will be annual Mission-wide and team-based retreats supported by pre-event organizational diagnostics over five years. The annual diagnostic will serve to inform the agenda and update the team on progress from previous organizational development activities. USAID/SA would like to hold the annual multi-day organizational development retreat at the end of each year from 2023 – 2027. See attachments.
