The Deputy PEPFAR Program Director will provide management, leadership as well as technical services as needed on the full range of USAID’s PEPFAR portfolio in Lesotho. Strategic planning, design, evaluation, coordination with development partners and GOL, representation, budget, financial management and partner management oversight will be critical elements of the position.
