The USAID/Southern Africa Regional Executive Office (REXO) provides regional administrative and logistical support to USAID/Southern Africa Mission, and its eight client offices, including Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa, the Regional Inspector General's Office, and Power Africa. The REXO supports over 400 staff in the region, administers a $24 million operating expense budget, and oversees a $1.2 million budget as an International Cooperative Administrative Support Service (ICASS) alternate service provider. To strengthen adherence to USAID policy and regulations, maintain momentum with procurement actions, and provide mentoring and training to Mission and REXO staff, USAID/Southern Africa seeks a Senior Human Capital and Talent Management Advisor (herein known as “Advisor”) to handle a broad range of human resource management functions.
