Dear Prospective Offerors, The Purposes of this Amendment are to: 1. change the anticipated date of response to questions to October 29, 2020; and 2. change the proposal due/closing date/time to November 9, 2020, 5:00pm Monrovia time. Dear Prospective Offerors: The purposes of this amendment number one are: to extend the anticipated date of response to questions from October 19, 2020 to October 27, 2020; and to extend the proposal due date/time from October 30, 2020 to November 6, 2020. These services will encompass feasibility studies, engineering designs and construction supervision and related support, ranging from quick response to short and long-term services in Vertical Construction Oversight (VCO) across the Mission’s portfolios.
