It is a survey to identify potential sources. It must not be construed as an obligation on the part of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The purpose of this notice is to determine the availability and capability of qualified U.S., and/or Regional or Local Organizations and to gain knowledge of industry interest. The overall objective of this activity is to formulate/ undertake a feasibility study for an appropriate, efficient, economical and environmentally sustainable water supply system for the City of Gompa, Nimba County, Liberia and a review of the existing feasibility study of Gbarnga water supply system, as described in the Sources Sought Notice Attached.
