Dear Prospective Offerors, USAID/South Sudan is the Alternate Service Provider (ASP)/ICASS for all U.S. Embassy Juba personnel. Under the auspices of the ASP, and under the direction of the Supervisory Executive Officer (S/EXO), the Construction Project Manager (CPM) will provide technical direction and oversight on the construction/renovation of civil related activities on USAID’s Compounds in Juba, South Sudan. The CPM will oversee day-to-day construction-related activities to ensure robust technical oversight and management of designated construction activities on both the Residential Compound (RC) and Embassy Compound (EC) and other similar facilities that are valued at over $40 Million. The CPM will serve as the Contracting Officer’s Representative for this and other projects.
