The U.S. Embassy in Juba, South Sudan, is currently undertaking a significant upgrade of the existing kitchen facilities located within the Residential Compound (RC). This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the overall quality of life for personnel stationed at the Embassy. The kitchen upgrade project is structured in two distinct phases, focusing on separate areas or "blocks" within the kitchen. Each phase is projected to be completed within a three-month timeframe. The targeted completion date for the entire kitchen upgrade project is April 30, 2025. The scope of the upgrade project encompasses the construction and installation of kitchen equipment. The U.S. Embassy Juba is responsible for furnishing the necessary kitchen equipment. This acquisition specifically focuses on procuring various commercial-grade kitchen equipment to be integrated into the newly upgraded kitchen facility. Objectives. The primary objectives of this acquisition are to: Procure high-quality commercial kitchen equipment that meets or exceeds the specified standards outlined in the solicitation documents. Ensure timely delivery and proper installation of the equipment within the designated locations at the U.S. Embassy premises. Facilitate a smooth transition and integration of the new equipment into the upgraded kitchen operations. Enhance the functionality and efficiency of the kitchen to better serve the needs of the Embassy personnel.
