Issue IDate: August 20 2021 Closing Date: September 6, 2021 Subject: Request for Quotation – Malaria Data Specialist Dear Prospective Offerer: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking a contractor to provide technical support to the Health Office on the position of Malaria Data Specialist as per the attached d SOW and Solicitation. The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks and deliverables. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer Submission of question regarding this RFQ will be open until August 31, 2021, 5.00PM local time. USAID/Ethiopia will post all answers to question by close of business September 1, 2021. Quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Frehiwot Woldsemayat, Procurement Specialist at addisprocurement@usaid.gov by the above stated closing date and time. This request for quotation does not obligate USAD to award purchase order nor does it commit USAID to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of quotations.
