This is a modification to extend the deadline until February 14,2021 Issue Date: January 13, 2021 Closing Date: February 14, 2021 Subject: Request for Quotation – Activity Manger for Local Partner Initiative and HIV prevention Dear Prospective Offeror, The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking a contractor to provide technical support to the Health Office on the position consulting service for local partner imitative and HIV prevention, care and tretements as per the attached d SOW and Solicitation. The purpose of this request is to contract is to obtain technical and management support services for the PEPFAR Local Partner Initiative (LPI) and for HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment programs for the period of one year. The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks and deliverables. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Frehiwot Woldsemayat, Procurement Specialist at addisprocurement@usaid.gov by the above stated closing date and time. This request for quotation does not obligate USAD to award purchase order nor does it commit USAID to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of quotations. Regards,
