The purpose of the contract will be to support USAID/PEPFAR program implementation through Local Partner Initiative (LPI) to achieve HIP epidemic control. the work is to be performed over a period of one year beginning o/a January 1,2020. If you previously applied to this solicitation, please do not resubmit your proposals as we have your documents in our records. A fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror that submit the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
