Issue Date: August 26, 2019 Closing Date: September 13, 2019 Subject: Contracting four individuals to perform tasks related to activity management Dear Prospective Offeror, The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will be accepting proposals for contract with individuals. The purpose of the contract will be to support USAID/PEPFAR program implementation through Local Partner Initiative (LPI) to achieve HIV epidemic control. The work is to be performed over a period of one year with possible extension beginning o/a October 1, 2019. The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the Scope of Work (SOW) at website: FEDBIZOPPS.GOV . Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks and deliverables. A fixed price contract will be awarded to responsible offerors that submit the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Submission of question regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) to Ms. Meiraf Kebede, Procurement Agent at addisprocurement@usaid.gov will be open until Sept. 4, 2019, 5: 00 PM local time. USAID/Ethiopia will post at FEDBIZOPPS.GOV, all answers to question by close of business September 9, 2019. Final Proposals will then be due by noon (12:00pm) on September 13, 2019. Proposals shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Meiraf Kebede, Procurement Agent at addisprocurement@usaid.gov by the above stated closing date and time. This Request for Proposals does not obligate USAID to award any contracts, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of quotations.
