United States Agency for International Development (USAID) mission to Ethiopia is soliciting a competitive pricing, deliverable and terms of potential sale in submitting proposal for customized group life insurance services. The institutions/contractors shall demonstrate substantive knowledge of the subject matter and offer for insurance service that meets all the deliverables mentioned on the SOW. The main purpose of this solicitation is to find a life insurance provider to USAID/Ethiopia employees, who have been serving as the backbone for the development activities The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks and deliverables. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Make sure to submit your quote on June 20, 2019 5pm local time. USAID/Ethiopia will post all answers to question by COB June 18, 2019. Quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Frehiwot Woldsemayat, Procurement Specialist at addisprocurement@usaid.gov by the above stated closing date and time. This request for quotation does not obligate USAD to award purchase order nor does it commit USAID to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of quotations.
