Issue Date: February 8, 2019 Closing Date: February 17, 2019 Subject: Request for Quotation- Hiring consultant to perform a literature review and synthesis of various food security related studies Dear Prospective Offeror, The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) invites your firm to participate in this competitive solicitation for pricing, delivery and terms of potential sale on hiring consultant to perform a literature review and synthesis of various food security related studies/productively Safety Net Program (PSNP) related assessments and evaluations. The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached statement of Work (SOW). Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks and deliverables. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Submission of question regarding his RFQ will be open until February 14, 2018 5: PM local time. USAID/Ethiopia will post all answers to question by close of business August 20, 2018. Quotation shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Meiraf Kebede, Procurement Agent at addisprocurement@usaid.gov by the above stated closing date and time. This request for quotation does not obligate USAID to award purchase order nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of quotations.
