USAID intends to award a firm fixed-price Purchase Order for the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (“BHA”) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Emergency USAID humanitarian operations around the globe require that USAID/BHA maintain a ready to deploy fleet of vehicles to support its staff operating in insecure environments. The nature of the road network where BHA operates requires a proven all-terrain vehicle. USAID/DRC/ Executive Office determined that the Toyota Model 76 meets the requirements to best support BHA staff.
