The purpose of this amendment number two is to provide responses to questions and to make changes to the solicitation per the details provided in the attachments. The Insecticide Treated Nets (ITN) distribution activity will support the DRC National Malaria Control Program to achieve and maintain its goal of universal coverage of ITN through mass and school-based distribution in targeted provinces as determined by National Malaria Control Program (NCMP) and President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) and strengthen the NCMP to efficiently plan and implement proven ITN distribution. The activity will not include the procurement of bednets as this is done through another USAID mechanism.
