USAID/Democratic Republic of Congo requests the services of a Deputy Controller/Certifying Officer to temporarily fill the position of the US Foreign Service Officer in the Office of Financial Management. The Deputy Controller\Certifying Officer is the principal Certifying Officer and serves as the focal point for all financial management functions including budgeting, accounting, payments, and financial advisory services to the Mission Controller and staff. Additionally, the incumbent will be involved in the full range of Financial Management functions, including Phoenix accounting, E2 travel authorization certifications, etc.
