The purpose of this RFI is to seek information for a potential activity to support the MuniWASH 2 activity in Cote d'Ivoire and Benin. Through this RFI, USAID/West Africa aims to gather information to help improve financial viability and sustainability, technical and operational performance, sanitation market expansion, governance and management oversight, and regional learning with regards to the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sector in the two countries.
