USAID is contemplating award of a single-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum ceiling of $24,000,000 and a minimum order guarantee of $10,000. The first task order will also be issued at award, to the IDIQ holder that offers the best value proposal. This Amendment 3 to the subject solicitation incorporates USAID’s responses to the supplementary and final set of questions generated from offerors before the deadline of October 19, 2020, 12:00 PM Kenya Time.
