The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) plans to issue a solicitation, in the coming weeks, for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract entitled "Regional Integration and Stronger Economies (RISE)" for USAID/Kenya and East Africa's Office of Economic Growth and Integration (OEGI). The activity will provide programmatic support for projects to develop stronger economies in the East Africa region through improved market systems, increased cross border trade, more competitive industries and a more market oriented policy environment. USAID anticipates the award of up to five (5) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts resulting from this solicitation. One (1) of the five (5) contracts may be "set aside" for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541990. The ordering period of the IDIQ is five (5) years.
