The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals for "Evaluation, Assessments, and Analyses (EAA)" for USAID/Kenya and East Africa. The activity will provide support to USAID/Kenya and East Africa and other missions in the region for evaluation support services. USAID anticipates the award of up to five Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts resulting from this solicitation. This procurement is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR part 19.5. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541990. The Period of Performance for this IDIQ is a three year base with two option years. This synopsis is issued pursuant to FAR 5.101.

Tasks to be assigned under this Evaluations, Assessments, And Analyses (EAA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract will include designing and implementing both quantitative and/or qualitative evaluation studies, assessments, and analyses; knowledge management; and developing and delivering trainings to USAID staff, USAID implementing partners, community organizations, and national and regional government partners to support USAID EAA needs.
