The incumbent is responsible for leading the Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) in the closeout of various types of U.S. Government acquisition and assistance instruments awarded by USAID/Tanzania. The purpose of the work is to confirm the quality and timeliness of deliverables and achievement by ensuring closeout of awards are completed in a timely manner and to ensure that all requirements are met to properly closeout the various types of awards, and to analyze proposed prices and costs for final cost adjustments such as final indirect cost and other cost adjustments on expired instruments.
