The purpose of Amendment Number 0003-Request for Proposals (RFP) - Solicitation Number 72062021R00001 is to: (a) extend closing date for receipt of proposals to May 14, 2021; (b) provide a revised Attachment J-2 entitled "Background Information and Other Technical Considerations" contained in the RFP; (c) amend Sections F.6 and L.5.2.5(d) of the RFP. An outline of changes are provided in the next continuation pages; and, (d) provide a copy of an amended Solicitation Number 72062021R00001, which incorporates all the changes discussed above.
