Amendment No.3 Dear Sir/Madam: USAID/Uganda intends to amend the subject closed solicitation to respond to the Foreign Assistance Waiver requirements for National Defence Authorization Act (NDAA) Section 889. See details in the Amendment No.3 attached to this Notice. Amendment No.2 Questions and Responses and Revised RFP.
