The purpose of this activity is to provide support to MOH to facilitate, promote and enhance adequate tracking of vehicle utilization by the ministry through acquisition of a fleet management system. USAID in support of MOH, seeks to identify a Contractor to design and implement a Fleet Management Information System (FMIS) for MOH for up to 2,500 vehicles. The system should be Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) enabled, with features to handle fleet management planning, fuel and maintenance management. The FMIS should enable bookings, disposal and use of GPS for real-time location of vehicles on a map. The system should also allow for real time access by MOH to reports on the utilization of its vehicle fleet. Please refer to the SOLICITATION for more details. REASONS FOR SOLICITATION AMENDMENT: 1. Amend Proposal Closing Response Date from July 8 to July 10, 2020, 4:00pm Uganda Local Time 2. Amend SOL section F. Mandatory other requirements (SOL Page 52) to delete bullets one, two and three which are no longer requirements under the Solicitation. 3.
