The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Kenya and East Africa (USAID/KEA) Office of Acquisition and Assistance proposes to award a delivery/task order on behalf of the Office of Financial Management (OFM), pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b)(2), Exceptions to the Fair Opportunity Process. This is a firm fixed-price task order that will provide USAID/KEA's Office of Financial Management (OFM) with subscriptions to Gartner for Finance and Risk support. The task order is being issued under the Library of Congress FEDLINK Contract #LCFDL24D0001. The Library of Congress (LOC) Direct Express program is authorized under the LOC's Fiscal Operations Improvement Act, P.L. 106-481, Section 103 (2 U.S.C. Section 182c). The selected contractor for this effort is: Gartner, Inc.
