LIST OF CHANGES: This amendment provides clarifications in the scope of work as follows; Closing date for bid submission extended to August 9, 2024. I.PURPOSE a) The training sessions can be altered for convenience of all. The scope of work only provides indicative for purposes of planning and costing. b) There will be No implementing partners are attending the training but NAO staff. c) As per section I - PURPOSE in the scope of work there will be 21 Auditors from NAO, 14 Auditors from USAID approved list, 18 AORs and 7 USAID OFM staff. A total of 60 participants. d) The issue of Developing and implementing a Capacity Building Plan targeting the NAO to ensure production of an acceptable Regional Inspector General (RIG) Financial audit report by December 2024 is REMOVED from the scope. IV. EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF WORK a) The contractor should complete the training on the pre-agreed training dates, but before September 30, 2024.” VI. OVERSIGHT AND SUPPORT a) The training venue, projector, and food & refreshments will be secured separately and will be covered by USAID Malawi. Training materials will however be provided by the contractor. b) Participants' accommodation for those travelling from outside Lilongwe will be covered by USAID Malawi. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION a) TRAINER TRAVEL COSTS. These costs will be paid by USAID Malawi and should be part of the proposal to be evaluated.
