Offers must be in accordance with the instructions in Attachments 1 and 2 of this solicitation. Incomplete or unsigned offers will not be considered. Offerors should retain copies of all offer materials for their own records. Any questions must be directed in writing to the lilongwehr@usaid.gov address with the subject line: “Questions Solicitation No. 72061224R00001 Offshore USPSC Deputy Executive Officer” not later than December 20, 2023, at 15:00 hours, Malawi time.
