The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal of existing roof metal “Harvey tile,” and IBR, and associated metal perimeter and chimney flashings. The iron sheets should be surrendered to the Client for disposal 8. Installation of new metal roof panels (klip-lok). 9. Installation of new flashings at penetrations, chimney, and perimeters. 10.
