USAID Business Enabling Project - AMENDMENT I The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1.Provide a copy of the amended Solicitation with updated sections highlighted in yellow; and 2.Provide answers to questions received on June 2, 2021 from various Offerors as attached in Section J. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The purpose of the USAID Zambia Business Enabling Project is to catalyze greater gender equality and inclusive private sector investment and trade in rural areas by strengthening select Zambian government and civil society organizations to implement improved and streamlined policies and processes for economically viable and gender balanced rural enterprises. The project will support the creation of an enabling environment that incentivizes productive investments in trade, agriculture, energy, eco-tourism and sustainable natural resource management.
