Issue Date: January 16, 2025 Closing Date: January 31, 2025 Dear Sir/Madam: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking quotations for a consultant to perform duties of the to provide Quality Assurance and Construction Oversight services described in the below Statement of Work. You are invited to submit your offer quotations in accordance with the requirements specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Your offer should be valid for at least 90 days from the submission date. Should you be interested, please submit any questions by January 23, 2025. Proposals are due by 11:59 am. on January 31, 2025. Questions and proposals will be sent to Frehiwot Woldsemayat at – addisprocurement@usaid.gov and djiboutimail@usaid.gov. This RFP in no way obligates USAID to award a contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. The Government reserves the right to reject any offer, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the Government. Be aware that all interested offerors must register for a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and complete the registration process in SAM.gov before any award can be made.
