The Director, Regional Executive Office (D/REXO) will be required to lead the day-to-day functions in the Regional Executive Office at the USAID/Peru Mission in the absence of a USDH Supervisory Executive Officer. As such, the incumbent will be responsible for the management, administration, and logistical support in the following areas, but not limited to: Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Procurement, Communications & Records, Travel, Operating Expense and Program Support Budget Management, USAID Security Operations, USAID Building Management and all other services not provided through the International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) platform, managed under the Department of State. Together with limited EXO-related support staff at supported client offices in Brazil, Ecuador, and Paraguay, the D/REXO will oversee the provision of these services to regional clients. The D/REXO is the USAID representative with STATE/ICASS for services the mission is subscribed to, such as: General Services, Information Management Services, Health Services, Security, CLO, Residential Building Operations, Administrative Procurement and Non-Expendable and Expendable Property Management. The D/REXO also takes an active role serving on interagency committees such as the Interagency Housing Board, Joint Country Awards Committee, and others as required, and may serve on the ICASS Council.
