USAID Mexico seeks to provide an Additional Cost and Time extension for contract number 72052319C00001 Justice Access for Victims and the Accused (JAVA), as a sole-source follow-on specialized services award to Fortis Consultoría SC, for no more than $1,000,000 over the course of one year. Under this action, Fortis Consultoría SC would continue to provide Mexican state agencies with technical assistance to enable them to provide victim restitution services including “Restitution Sessions,” and develop a model of State Victims’ Assistance Policy. In addition, Fortis would expand engagement with Mexican federal authorities to adapt selected models and instruments and turn them into national standards and guidelines for all states.
