Subject to availability of funds the United States Agency for International Development in Honduras (USAID/Honduras) intends to issue a Cost Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion type contract. The period of performance for the resulting contract is expected to be five (5) years from the date of award. The purpose of the Feed the Future Honduras Food Security and Agriculture Resilient Market Systems Activity (the “Activity”) is to strengthen agricultural market systems to become more competitive, inclusive, and resilient to sustainably reduce poverty in Honduras. Amendment No.0001 to RFP No. 72052221R00001 is hereby issued to: (1) extend the PROPOSALS DUE DATE stated in Block 9 of the SF 33 cover and the Cover Letter to Friday, February 19, 2021 at 10:00am Honduras local time; and (2) materialize in a single administrative action the questions posed by prospective offerors regarding this RFP, as well as USAID’s responses. This RFP is hereby amended by posting the responses to offerors’ questions in the attached Questions & Answers Document (refer to Attachment 11). All other terms, conditions, and attachments not amended by Attachment 11 remain the same. For reference the amended RFP is hereby attached, amended sections are highlighted in yellow.
