General information : Section 9. Eligible offeror: Insert Third Country Nationals (TCN) and Hiring Preference. Section 10. Security Clearance Level required. Insert security clearance requirement for a TCN. Section 12.1 Purpose of the contract : Insert TCN. This solicitation will remain open until June 24, 2021. Offers must be in accordance with Attachment I of this solicitation. Incomplete, unsigned, or late offers will not be considered. Offerors should retain copies of all offer materials for their records. Offers received after the closing date and time contained in this solicitation will be considered late and will not be accepted.
