General Statement of Purpose of the Contract The USPSC will serve as the Health Delivery Team Lead and will be responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic management in service delivery for non-PEPFAR health programs totaling approximately $25 million per year, plus additional funding of $3.2 currently for COVID19 related activities. The HSD Team Lead will be a part of the overall Health Office Management Team and be responsible for contributing to results in specific elements of the health portfolio.
